He has had first-hand experience in a wide variety of industries, including water and electricity utilities, manufacturing, financial services, mining, IT, engineering, infrastructure, telecommunications, aviation, Agri-processing, and services industries across international borders in several countries, such as Chile, Germany, Colombia, Canada, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zambia, Kenya, DRC, Tanzania, and the Unites States of America. 

 Johan now focuses his years of business experience on helping companies achieve exponential growth on their bottom line. Helping businesses pinpoint and address their biggest constraints to exponential growth.

As a professional accountant, Riana has worked in the accounting field for more than 20 years.  She founded an accounting and tax practice in 2012 and in the process helped many business owners create and implement the strategies, plans and structures to help their business flourish. 

 While working with a few start-ups, she realised that many business owners have the passion and potential to create a business but lack the know-how and expertise to create a proper strategy to scale the business. Ignited with purpose, she started training business owners in setting up a business complemented with marketing strategies, identifying target markets, developing pricing models, and setting in place procedures for admin and accounting.

Dean’s background is as an entrepreneur, having opened and run businesses that have succeeded and are still succeeding as well as some that were life lessons about the business world. He has had experience as a successful franchisee and working with successful franchisors. Dean’s focus is always aimed at developing quick and efficient systems for his teams to get the job done with high professionalism and in the shortest possible time. 

Dean’s entrepreneurial background is highlighted in his extreme passion for job creation and economic growth within South Africa, he says:” what I love most about business is seeing the effect it has on the employees’ personal lives, we as entrepreneurs have a very important role in our communities.”
